Scammer?

Someone I know is being scammed by this person using the email address of [email protected]. He is on many dating sites and facebook.
He has been chatting to this woman for a few months. He says he is from the Virgin Islands and owns Caltech oil. He has now asked for $5000 to pay for her Visa's to enter the VI in July where she is going to be living with this man.
I am hoping for any information about him. Has anyone else come across this man? I have a picture that he is using but I am sure it has been stolen.

where he has been scamming from that same mail addie for over a year.

Thank you for that info but already seen him on that site. I am looking for women who have actually spoken to him or anyone else he has tried to scam.
