General Daniel B.allyn

Did you received e a request from Daniel B.Allyn ? After a week of a very romantic letters and telling his son lost all his documents in Africa while visiting orphanages, proposing that he will come visit and he will follow, he requested a paid trip for him as a emergency (general is in Afghanistan unable to get hold of funds).

That is 100% standard African scammer.

Soldiers in Afghanistan are able to access their money. A real American soldier would NOT need to ask you for money because he can't access his. In addition, Generals (who are NOT on internet dating sites, as they are far too busy) make plenty of money and can handle emergencies without assistance. And an American stranded in an African country would go the the American Embassy for help, not some stranger he met online a week ago!

Could you please post some of the messages this scammer sent you, and the email address he is using?

I just was contacted by him via skype... claiming some other sergeant of the US army was a fake and that he was going to send email to interpol...... i blocked him immediatly after i saw this post / link...... how can you ever trust a person online again... i guess not

DO NOT ACCEPT THIS MAN , I receive many requests from " US Generals " on a weekly basis and the only 2 i have accepted because it has become annoying have both proven to be scammers within minutes.

We ask that people do tell the scammer that he is on anti fraud sites. When you do this your warning is no longer good. The scammer will take 5 minutes out of his life to get a new skype ID, email address and stolen photo's.

We will only learn of the scammer again when some one recognize the scam or a victim reports it.

Someone on Badoo has recently been using this General's name claiming he is in Afghanistan trying to keep the peace! Someone needs to report this to the proper authority! I have no clue where to go with this !
