Hye...
I met a guy name andrew keron edmound from yahoo messenger.
We chatted, phone called and video called. He said that he is a US citizen and has a son. during video call, i saw his face and his son.
After a month, he claimed that he's going to nigeria for work & now stuck there due to medical problems and also payment tax/lease. He asked me to help him with money and i did .
After few months and many2 fund transfer for multiple reason by the bank and the govermnt laws (that what he say)...i still havent get my money back.
After a while, he get injured and a Dr , claimed to be Dr Mark murphy said that Andrew is in the hospital.he said that he will help me get my money back by helping Andrew with the bank problem. However, i did not receive any money even after i gave some money to help the process...the amount are small but repeated few times for so many reason by both of them. I gave up but now Dr Mark are threatening me , if i ignored him, he will report me to my country.

So now, i really need help from you. If both are scammers, i would just ignore n delete my yahoo messenger (i havent do it just so i could use it as evidence if one day they cause me trouble)

It's a scam. Americans overseas do not ask strangers they find on the Internet for help. If he were a real American who went to Nigeria for work, he would have asked the company he works for and the American embassy in Nigeria.

Please post the early emails he sent so that others can avoid being scammed. Include full headers.

You are probably going to get offers pretending to be from other people, saying that they can get your money back. Ignore them; they are scams, probably from the same scammer or group of scammers.

What you have described is a very common scam. These people will always ask for money.
They stop being nice when you stop paying and then resort to threats.

Please do not worry about them. Ignore them. Do not reply to anything else from them.
Please post their email addresses here so that others who may be in contact with them can see the same situation developing.

As stated above, be aware of future scams offering compensation.

I just would like to verify about their id..
They have been bugging me and IM me daily.
Can i delete my YM account ? Or should i keep it so i can use it as evidence later?

You could keep it in the hope that something will be done in the future but it is very unlikely.
These people work anonymously from Nigeria. The police do not have the resources to go after them.

Please make their email addresses public by posting them here though. It might just save someone from paying them or even to help to convince a victim that they are thieves.
It's not unusual to see other victims turning up here with the same story once they find the information.
