Marine Officer - George Maxwell , from Kabul ,Afganistan

Hi , everyone! Glad to be here and share my story. I met this guy on TopFace and he had his military picture posted there..he said he is 42 years old, will be 43 on November 23.. He is from Missouri , his mother passed away a year ago and now he is all alone with no one to come home to.He wants to find a wife and have a family.I am not a love-looking girl, I am just an adventurer, you can call it:)
Please, forgive my my mistakes- English is not my native language , but I try hard !

And started to write me every day... The first red flag for me - his english was pretty bad! Mine is far from perfect, but his- was much worse! He was writing in very short sentences, like a small child... With mistakes and just wrong... I knew that it looks fishy..after about a couple of weeks of our conversations, he asked me if I can request a leave for him, a vacation leave... I asked how would I do that...
So to make story short, I did find a picture of real George Maxwell on the internet, he is in military , but different rank... Those two pictures that scam bag send me were of a different young men, probably serving his duty honest and true , out there ...I wish he would know how his pictures being used ...
So, please, ladies, be aware!!!

You are correct. It was a scammer. Military members must request leave themselves through their chain of command. No one can request leave for a soldier but himself in writing. Soldiers do not need computers sent to them nor do they need someone to pay for phone privileges. Their children are left with a family member with medical care and money. Deployed military members are not on the internet or Skype looking for love. They have little down time while deployed. In their down time, they are writing or phoning family/friends and catching up on sleep.

Please post the pictures he used with you or you can send them to me.

Got an email from "darling George" .... If anyone gets this kind of the mail - that is for sure you have dealing with the scam...and this e mail address he gives me it is the same address I have seen here on forum already ...
Should I write or not:)? Make his useless life a little sweeter ?
it is funny but when he introduced himself - he was an officer, now he is Sergeant

Wow !!!! I knew something suspicious, with his writing skills and spelling, and then saying that he wanted my heart he had to have me. we have been emailing us two weeks, but then I started putting pressure on him to answer more questions, for which he did not, listen to him yesterday and as of today not heard from him. thankfully he asked nothing of me, I think because I was asking too many questions. I am so upset with myself on the phone, thank God my intuition told me something was up. honestly wonder why someone so handsome and in the military what's on top face. I deleted my account over a week ago because this is exile exactly what did not want to happen. thank you so much for having this site!! you have saved my heart !!!
