I've been trying to find out if this man who calls himself Sgt D Moran Woodward is real or stolen ID

When he emailed me, it came from [email protected] but I don't know how to find the header. Is that the subject line? I use Incredimail. Thanks

If he is a scammer, I'd like to find the real Sgt. Woodward. How can I find him?

Please post a couple of his initial emails. If we find that he is not a scammer we will delete this thread.

To find headers look for a link in my signature. I am not sure if there are instruction for your email client.

we wrote back and forth on tagged.com. No email from him directly but when he requested leave, I got an email from [email protected]. iT read:

100% you are in communication with a scammer. This scammer is using the Fake Military Leave Requests.

Military personnel do not pay for their leave. It is given to them on a yearly basis. Spouses, children or relatives do not contact their supervisors nor request leave. The soldier must do this themselves. That being said. The military will never communicate with an internet girlfriend/wife or friend.

The scammer has made several mistakes trying to pretend to be a soldier. I will not point them out because I do not want to educate the scammers.

This scammer is not using an Army email address. It is an address that you can get through a free provider.

Nigeria, I should have known that was not an American born accent when we spoke but he told me he picked up that accent traveling with his parents from country to country while his dad was stationed out of the country. I only wish I could have seen the real face of whom I was chatting with in yahoo but that feature was not available on my device. How many others has he done this to?
