Of course this is the usual non existent box scam and would involve Fake Diplomats, Fake Couriers , delays and emails from non existent Fake Customs officials regarding fake fees and so on. Ultimately also, once the victim has paid up and got nothing, a fake FBI official could arrive and promise he can get all the money back which will mean another Western Union Transfer. It will be everlasting lies and excuses.
