I met Joe Rogar on Tagged.com and he said he was in the army stationed in Kabul, Afganistan. He wanted me to help with leave. Well i knew nothing of army regulations and i filled out forms. I received emails from a General and was OPeration Freedom Administrator for US Army. Joe then proceeded to have me fall in love with him and started asking for money to come here. I received email and photo of approved release but was asked for 350,00 dollars if not paid within 25 days Joe would be demoted in rank and would not be allowed to leave Afganistan. I felt guilty for filling out forms so I sent money to agent in Nigeria. Then 2 days before he was to leave I was informed I had to pay a immigration charge of 140.00 dollars or Joe would be immediately detained and sent back to Afganistan, so i paid it to same man. I waited at airport he never came. When i got back home was email from General saying Im sorry to inform you but Joe and 4 other men were attacked by Afganistan militants. He went on to say 2 were dead and 3 in comas. I emailed him at [email protected] and asked if Joe was dead or alive, was told he was in coma. Got another email next day saying Joe would be out of coma today or the next morninng doctors said this. Joe is still saying hes in hospital even after i told him I knew nothing had happened at all there. He is still writing asking for more money to come here
