I'm making a plan to move the money to you by a Diplomatic courier delivery service, as soon as possible, because of the present situation and insecurity here in Afghanistan, no one knows what may happen next.
The money is already arranged in a safe box and will be delivered to you as a package, and the delivery agent will declare it at the airport as a diplomatic antique materials and family valuables, not as money.

Regarding our previous discussion, every process about the delivery of our package to you was completed on Saturday 17/8/2013, and I have paid the handling and delivering charges of the sum of USD 38,000 to the Delivery company, for this special Diplomatic service. Like i said before that it really cost me much, but i'm not bothered about that, since our package will have a successful delivery to you.
The assigned delivery agent, David Adams by name, has departed from the Kabul international airport yesterday, Sunday, 18/8/2013 with our package, He will have his first transit at Dubai international airport, to make a payment and get a clearance document for lifting this package from Dubai soil, and departs again from Dubai today, and will have his second transit at Jakarta international airport Indonesia on Tuesday 20/8/2013, where he will make another payment, and then proceed on to finally arrive at the Francisco Bangoy International Airport.
You don't have to be at the airport, he will locate you by the address you gave.
Beside the USD 38,000 i initially payed to the delivery company, i also gave additional USD 5,000 (that is USD 2,500 to pay at each airport) which will be for Dubai and Jakarta airports Authority clearances.
Honey, i have made all the required payments, this is to make sure that our package will successfully arrived to your country, and be delivered to your address.
The package is locked, and tagged ANTIQUE MATERIALS and FAMILY TREASURES, this is what you will tell the delivery personnel, should he asks you about the content of the package. Honey, the agent does not know that our package contains money. Please do not forget to give the answer as i told you.
I also told the company that you are my wife, in case the agent asks you, you will do as i have said, OK darling.
