Hi, I'm Sonia, my fiance, Cameron Buzzard, 37 years old, from Chicago (Illinois) approched me on Badoo.com. He's a Captain in the US Army, fighting in Afghanistan, he asked me 1500 dollars to apply for a vacation, but I've not sended this money, then he asked me to take a loan to pay this amount of 1500 dollars for his vacation...He also said that he will be here, in Switzerland, at the end of 2014, to take care of me...But, recently, I've received an e-mail where he said to me : I have to let you know someting : I'm a scam but I'm in love with u...Of course, it was the End of this beautifull Romance. End of my story. If you have comments, testimony, it will help me, I thank you in advance ....and, of course, if I published all the informations I have from Captain Cameron Buzzard it's for help some other (potential) victims. N.B. : Cameron Buzzard was on Badoo.com. He's also on hotmail.com and still on Skype. BYe Girls !

I wanted to thank you for your posting. Thanks to that, I realized I was going through the same as you. This scam found me exactly on Badoo one week ago and asked me to send me an email. I gave him an address I don't use much - gmail and then he started:

I was born into the family of Mr and Mrs Buzzard on the 4th of January 1976 in Houston, Texas, USA. I have my first degree as a Civil Engineer and i joined the US Army after my study and my mother was never in support of me joining the Military but i got all the support that i needed from my father. I wanted to serve my country better and bring peace to innocent people that deserve peace, that was my only way i can reach out a helping hand to my society. I have been in the military for 13 years now and presently i am a Captain in the US Army and i am currently servin in Afghanistan and i have been in Afghanistan for over 12 months now and i still have about 11 more months.


I have been single for two years because i noticed my Fiancee was having a relationship outside our relationship and her excuse was that i did not give her much time. I consider myself as a easy-going, hard-working, passionate,romantic and responsible man. I have every thing in life to be happy with but what i lack in life is that special woman to share my happy life with, i want to be happy in love, to build my future and heart with another heart that deserve mine. I want to be with the woman i find my heart desire, so this is the reason i took time to write to you. I have so much desire for you my dear, your beauty caught my attention i really do adore you, for you i am ready to cross the ocean...


I don't have large family, just me and my parents and they have passed away and my uncle with his family in Spain, but i have not had any news of them since they move from their city Madrid to another. So always serious when it comes to a relationship because my partner will be my friend, lover and if God say yes my wife... My plans in life is to retire very early in my carrier as a Soldier and use my retirement benefit to start up a construction company and as they say behind every successful man there is a woman, so i hope that i and the woman of my heart so we can combine our hearts together to achieve a bright future together... Those are two of five emails he sent to me.
The email address he is using is: [email protected]

When I confronted him with the truth today, his answer was: "I am very confused and i am sorry i do not understand you at all... What do you mean by a well known scam?"

Pathetic isn't it?

Once again thank you so much! I confess to be ashamed for falling on those tricks, but only publishing our experiences, we can help others to not do the same...

I delete all the message from Cameron buzzard sorry. I only have an email adress : [email protected]. He also on Skype , his profile is : Cameron Buzzard or Captain Buzzard, that's all I have. Thanks for the messages, the testimony, the pictures (because it's really him !, the pictures matched ! I mean : it was really him !) Thanks a lot, really.

Thanks Adreanon41 for your message and the pictures ! It's perfectly him ! My reflexe was to protect other women from the same love scammer, so I just do this with respect and cares, that's all. Thank you everybody : this truth is a relief for me. Cameron Buzzard was on Badoo.com. He on hotmail. com with this address : [email protected] and he is also on Skype, with 2 profiles : one is Cameron Buzzard, Afghanistan and an other one is : Captain (Cameron) Buzzard, Switzerland. Be very carefull !!!

So now, because he's busted : Cameron Buzzard send me a lot of e-mails, with a lot of insults, meen things and he's trying to humiliate me. I don't care ! I don't feel touched or concerned about all that. He's just angry and pissed off because I discovered his scam.

@Sonia1973 block him from your email or ignore him. Never respond back to him. Eventually, he will go away.

He contacted me too. I can see he has been very busy. He contacted me at Badoo also on septembre 23rd. He send me 5 emails also. I´m glad that I looked him up on google and found this information. He sent me the exact emails he sent you too. He is very dumbed, I must say. He could at least try to vary them a little. but nop---it´s copy and paste.
Here is another one of his emais...and when I read it I began to suspect about him:
