First came across him on Military Cupid.
Yahoo messenger ID's shared.
Chatted for a few days now (I knew pretty much instantly he was a scammer), but decided to learn a bit about their methods from him to help me spot any in future. Pushed him along quite quickly.
He says is totally in love with me, wants me as his wife, wants to come to England then take me to the US. (pfffft!).
Tried to get me to pay 100USD through Western Union so it would buy minutes on the military radio in order for us to be able to speak. He gave me an agents name (can provide if you need). He said once I paid this once, we could talk with each other any time we like for however long we like - no extra charges.
He also talked about I could apply for leave for him. Me... a civillian!! He says the military will pay 50% of his flight, I will pay the other 50%, which he will refund me when he gets to me. He also gets his leave bonus too apparently.
He pointed me to the direction of his facebook account (which is quite open for viewing without adding him - which I did not).
After very little effort mooching around facebook, seems there are many accounts using the same photos. I do hope these are all fakes - dont want to accuse an innocent person. But I strongly suspect they are.
