Is this a consignment 419 Romance Scam?

Life is too short not to be the best woman I can be to the person I'm involved with.I want you to know that i do really trust you that is why i want you to do this for me and all i need from you is just your total honest and trustworthy and more so my mind tells i can trust you and my mind never fails me.So all you need to do for me now is to contact the security company for me I will appreciate your trust and help towards this.The boxes will only take 2-4 days to be deliver to you.Below this are my deposit details and the contact of the security company. You can write to the security company and instruct them that you want your fiancé's deposited boxes sent to you over there as i will love to meet you in person and make things real with you While contacting the company, please do not let them know that the boxes contain money, just tell them that you want your fiancé's deposited travelling luggage's sent to you because I only tell them that the boxes are my travelling luggage, which I am sending to you. Then you ask them how much the clearance and the shipment fee would be and i will also want you to contact them with your name,your phone number and address where my boxes will be send to which must be a save place.

100% a scam - no one legitimate sends trunk boxes to people that they don't know.

The "security company" will no doubt want fees to release the boxes.

That's what I thought, figured I should spread the word.

Hi JPorter,and in a short time this scammer would have been professing deep abiding love for you. Unless he did already? There is a wide variety of scams and this often comes along with the military ones. That and processing fees for taking leave or retirement. Glad you came here to get your suspicions confirmed.
