Another scammer. It's not uncommon for them to be completely over the top and oblivious to the responses of their targets. If you have his actual ID, could you post it so that others can just avoid him without wasting their time?

millsjohn839 is his Yahoo IM ID - I cancelled my tagged account so I can't get to his information there without reactivating my account.
