i have been writing with one soldier so said he has been in africa, and was in a car acident,when he was coming to see me. and now the docktor have ask me if i can pay a little of the bill is 2560 dollars. i have get the bill on email.. the name of the hospital is helen joseph hospital.email [email protected] tlf +27825710745.

so is it a scam or what he have never ask for money

Yes it is a scam, and a pretty common one at that. The fake accident/hospital bill is one of the top scammer money excuses. The person who emailed you wasn't a doctor--it was just your scammer using another fake identity.

The US military takes care of its soldiers. Soldiers have medical coverage and would not be sitting in a foreign hospital with bills that need to be paid by strangers they met on the internet. The US military would get them the necessary medical care--it's part of what they do.

Legitimate hospitals don't use yahoo addresses either.
