The Match.com site offers a way to set up a contact number for people to reach you without giving out your real phone number. Is this considered a VoIP number as well? Is so that people that don't work out on dating sites don't have your real number I guess.

I'm not sure how Match has it set up, but it is likely a VOIP number.

BUT--a real person using one of those numbers is not going to actually claim that it is his mobile number. Scammers make that claim, because they want it to reinforce the illusion that they are actually where they claim to be.
