Does anyone know where a scammer would get my email address from if they reference my profile? Does this mean they got my email from a dating profile of some sort or another site?
Do you actually have a profile on a dating site and if so did they mention that site by name or did they just say "I saw your profile"?
If it is the latter then they are just trying their luck that their mass mailing will hit someone with a dating site profile.
