The scam plots reported from multiple victims are common. He speaks little bit of Japanese, and scammed several Japanese women. (http://ekaterina100.bbs.fc2bbs.net/)
1. Use nice talks and love messages to make victim fall in love.
2. Use of Japanese language make victim trust in him.
3. He also shows his company website to show his work is real. (http://www.bagioalluminum.tk)
4. He promises the victim that he goes to Japan to meet her after his business trip to Malaysia.
5. Suddenly unexpected issue happens and he need money, but his debit card does not works or credit card can't use and asks victim to pay behalf of him.
6. He shows large amount of money in fake bank site, by letting the victim know his online bank account and password. This is to convince that the scammer has enough money and he can return to her when he arrives Japan to meet the victim. Access to fake bank site did not work well. The fake bank site scbgksi.com seems to be suspended.
7. Suddenly the victim receives phone call from fake hospital in Kuala Lumpur, saying that Bagio is injured by accident and brought to the hospital by ambulance, and need fees for his surgery. (http://www.petalinghospital.tk)
One victim came to aware of the scam at no. 7, and she stopped sending him money. The hospital did not exist and real hospital at same address had different name. She has wired 2000k USD altogether to the scammer.
