Well to give you an insight into my world...I got married in 1998 to a Swiss woman, who was not just my wife, but my best friend and my partner, i still wonder if i would ever find someone who could be all that and more the way she was to me and until very recently i decided to move on with my life, i still wonder how things took an ugly turn with such a wonderful relationship.
I was born and raised in Norwich CT to a wonderful Mother who was English (Bless her soul) and an American father who was a business man and was doing great as at that time, he died in 1997 and my mum died in 1999. My father met my mum when he went on a business trip in London and they fell in love and she wanted to move back to the states with him against the approval of her family and she followed her heart. I had a wonderful childhood, i could remember my dad owned a very large coffee farm in Norwich CT back in the early 50's and 60's and was doing wonderfully well, i remember running in the farm and getting lost a few times...lol, my mother was a wonderful woman who was a full time house wife and dedicated her time taking care of me and making my dad as happy as he could have ever been, my mother taught me love, she made me understand what it means to genuinely love someone and that is a lesson has what defined who i truly am today.
For some reason, things started going wrong for my parents as i noticed they were always arguing a lot more, my dad would leave the house for weeks and wont come home, i was too young to understand what was going on until later in my life, i learnt my dad was having an affair with another woman outside his marriage and my mum became suspicious of him , she found things in his pocket and in his car and all and each time she confronted him, they had a fall out as he kept denying, two years later , my mum found out he has had a daughter with the woman he was cheating with, she was devastated and couldn't take it anymore so she decided to file for a divorce, months later the divorce was finalized and the only thing she wanted out of that marriage was me which she got and we moved back to London where we started a new life, it was very challenging as she couldn't go back to her family as she felt she won't be accepted so we lived South East of London (Camberwell) where she had to work two jobs to pay the bills and put food on the table, it was hard for us , in all of this, my dad never called or even visited us to know how we were doing and how we were keeping up, but we held on strong, it was only affecting my mum a lot more than i imagine, she broke down more often than i knew as she loved that man with every fibre in her soul, she was a wonderful woman full of love.
I went on to graduate from High school and moved on to study at the University of liverpool where i bagged a degree in Hardware Engineering and while i was in school for the 4 long years, i only came home three times, but finally, i came back home to live with my mum as i got a job with a company called Becton and Dickinson. I worked with them for 6 years , i had to stop working when my mum was hit with stroke and that was when i became a full time care giver, took care of her as the stroke affected her right arm and leg so her movement was limited and she couldn't do much, all this while i was already dating my long time girlfriend Daphne and in 1998 we got married and started a life together, but one year later my mum was hit again and this time her body was too weak to take it and she gave up. It was the worse time of my life Daphne helped me through it all, she was by my side and did her best to help me get through it all and it made me love her even more.
We decided to move back to the States and ann the while i was taking care of my mum, i was also in partnership with a company called MICGLOBAL and together we made a perfect business partner, i came up with the concept of an online medical equipment store where customers can go online and order whatever equipment they need from x ray machines, scanners , Laboratory equipments for collages and high schools and other medical equipments as well and it made our company one of the biggest medical equipment company in England until today so when we decided to move back to the States, she wanted California as she had always loved Los Angeles, so i spoke to my partners and we agreed to let me take my part of the company with me and be able to register my company as MICGLOBAL as well. So we moved back in February of 2000 and in December 3rd, we welcomed our daughter Karen....smiles
I had a little challenge setting up my company in California , as a medical equipment expert who is also into sales, installations and maintenance of all kinds of medical equipments from X Ray machines to scanners to lab equipments for collages and high schools, i had to take some extra certification courses to be able to practice in California which took some time and that didn't allow me to start making money right away, we were able to buy a house and she got a job at one of the hospitals in Los Angeles where she worked full time and was able to help with the bills while i was taking courses and trying to register my company. It was taking longer than i anticipated and things were getting a little rough for us, Daphne was carrying the family along and she began getting really worried as we didn't have any savings and that was getting her even more worried so she suggested we move to her home town in Zurich Switzerland because he father owned chains of businesses out there and she felt it'll be easier for me to get a job in one of her father's companies which i calmly declined, we just moved down here, it was only 2 years and i was closing in on getting my certification as a registered medical equipment expert and also be able to register my company as well but she wasn't seeing it that way, she wasn't happy with my decision and that was when things started going the wrong way, we started having a break down in communication , the only time we had any meaningful conversation was when we talked about our daughter's well-being, she comes home later than she usually did and never wanted me to touch her. This went on for more than a year and in 2004 she decided she wanted a divorce and wants to move back to Zurich, i tried my best to talk to her about it but she had made up her mind and after the divorce was finalized, i was given custody of our 4 year old daughter (Karen) which was the best thing that could have happened to me at that time, she turned out to be a major source of motivation and joy for me.
I got my license in 2005 and was able to register my company and operated under MICGLOBAL and landed my very first project with the French Government where i handled a contract to supply and install 18 x ray machines and 15 scanners across 8 hospitals in Monaco, the South of France and i was away for Two weeks, it was quite an experience , i enjoyed every bit of my stay out there, although i didn't get the chance to enjoy the beautiful city, Monaco is a very beautiful city, it's exotic mountains and deep blue seas, i was lodged in a studio flat that had this wonderful view first thing in the morning and i look forward to visiting Monaco again sometime soon but this time with that special woman (you)...smiles
Well, i had to take this time to let you into my world so that you can fully understand where i am coming from and hope you appreciate all i have been through in life and how it has made me a better father, a lot better husband to my future wife and also a better man to myself and now i am ready to share my life once again with the right woman, i tried dating in between but somehow i realized i needed to to raise Karen and also a lot more time in making sure my company was firmly established. So here i am now , ready once again to give my love, my time and all it'll take to keep my woman happy and emotionally secure, seeing how my mother emotionally deteriorated made me realize how important it is to always be there for that one who love and cherish you and that is my promise to you if ever you see me as that man you would want to spend the rest of your life with, i will never leave you, i will always love you and give you strenght to carry on whenever you need it, i will always be by your side.
I presently live in Newark New Jersey,i moved down here from Los Angeles because i couldn't keep up with the very high tax rates placed on privately owned companies in Los Angeles and no body was doing anything about it, it was beginning to affect my company's finances and i decided to do my logistics to find out which state has a more flexible tax rate and considering the fact that i was born in Connecticut, i decided to move down to Newark NJ and it's been a wonderful experience so far, the reason why i visit Los Angeles at least twice a month is because i am in partnership with the Medical board and they help a lot in helping my company secure contracts within and outside the country and i am also trying to get certifications here in Newark too which i'm closing in on as well, and i still own my home and a ware house as well in Los Angeles and that's why i always as i have a home there and now that i've found you, i think we will have a gt away home in Los Angeles whenever we want to spend quality time together away from work and the kinds. Relocating for me is not at all a problem for me, the good thing abut my company is that i can operate from anywhere, the only major tools i need each time i am applying for jobs outside the country is a standard multi-media room where i can make an online presentation and i will be fine, i would love to focus on getting to know you more and the rest i believe will take it's natural course...smiles
What motivated me to contact you was first your smile, you seem like a very free spirited woman, you're a happy woman and your happiness is from the inside of you which reflects in your appearance and when i went through your profile, i immediately felt a strong sense of respect for you, you are truly a strong woman , your profile was simple and precise, you do know what you want out of life and i was quick to identify with that. How romantic are you ? I am down to earth romantic, i've go a few tricks off my sleeves that's keep you surprised all the time baby, you might just come home one evening and find rose petals all sprinkled from the door all the way to the room, with sweet smelling candle all lit in the room, and slow music playing in the back ground and the lights turned down really low...smiles, i will start by giving you a nice massage, rub your shoulders all the way to your back, down to your calves and help you relax after a long day at work baby, then run the hot bath for you and as you go take a nice bath, i'll be in the kitchen getting dinner ready for us...smiles, then spend some time in bed baby...smiles, i will let your mind wander on what happens next baby....smiles
I love music, it has helped me through my days, i listen to almost everything, but content matters a lot to me, i listen to classics from the 70's and 80's , i love Jazz, soft rock, R&B etc, so we will be sampling some of our favorites together soon ...smiles
I was born in November 14th , what's your birthday? As i mentioned earlier , at this stage of my life, i am looking for a genuine companion, someone i can enjoy the rest of my life with, someone i can take nice long walks with as we hold hands, someone we can go to a Jazz concert together or go see a nice movie together, you know, enjoy quality time together, i don't think age has anything to do with all that now does it? you don't even look an inch your age which makes it even more intriguing....smiles.
