This scam e mail suggests that you can get your lost money back which was lost through a scam. But you will never see any money, it will only cost you money.

I must first apologize for this unsolicited mail to you, I am aware that this is certainly an unconventional approach starting a relationship, but as time goes on you will realize the need for my action. With the latest development on ground, we are trying our best eradicating the population of scam activities and to see what we can do to assist scam victims who are badly in deep pains complaining seriously to the government of Nigeria about their ugly experiences and loss of resources to scammers.
It is un-godly activities of some faceless person(s) who has no conscience that is causing all this distrust and we are also fighting the scourge.
