Sir,

FULL IMPLEMENTATION OF GOVERNMENT POLICY OF DEDUCTION OF FEES/CHARGES
BEFORE PAYMENT

Following the recent review of your payment by the Presidential
Payment Advisory Board, government has directed full implementation of
the POLICY OF DEDUCTION OF FEES/CHARGES before the final release of
your fund.

However, as government has authorized full and immediate
implementation of this DEDUCTION POLICY, you should expect to receive
emails, calls and text messages from fraudulent officials and
impostors requesting you to pay this or that fee.

It is therefore pertinent to inform you that you will be issued all
the official clearance documents associated with the release of your
fund. In addition, a deduction certificate will be issued to you. This
certificate is the official approval necessary for the removal or
deduction of all the official charges from your principal amount
before the remaining balance will be released to you.

SO, I WANT TO USE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO WARN AND ADVISE YOU TO DESIST
FROM SENDING ANY FEE TO ANY OFFICIAL OR GROUP. THE DEDUCTION POLICY
HAS COME TO STAY AND GOVERNMENT IS DETERMINED TO SUSTAIN IT TO ENHANCE
THE RELEASE OF OUTSTANDING CONTRACT AND INHERITANCE FUNDS. THOSE
OPPOSED TO THIS POLICY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OUTRAGEOUS FEES MANY
BENEFICIARIES WERE FORCED TO PAY IN THE PAST. THESE CATEGORY OF
INDIVIDUALS ARE ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR THE UNTOLD HARDSHIP AND OTHER
OBSTACLES OUR ESTEEMED BENEFICIARIES ARE GOING THROUGH TODAY.

In fact, government has directed this office to give your file a
special attention based on her conviction that your payment has been
delayed for many years without any reasons or justification.

So, you are advised to contact this office with your personal details
to enable your prompt payment.

Sincerely,

Dr. Remi Abubakar,
Director, Special Duties Office.
