Thanks for posting this M. The writing alone tells me it is a fake. I won't point out the mistakes of the writer but considering she is supposed to be a barrister, the writing is terrible. The email header shows a part of it has been forged. One has to ask the question why a supposed barrister is forging parts of an email header?
But that's another way they try to spread their tentacles. It would be best to simply ignore any further dialogue with the fraudulant individual.

Once you have sent money by Western Union and it has been collected, there is no way of getting it back or identifying who collected the money. Anyone that tells you different is not telling the truth, and is likely to only be after more of your money.

It's just another recovery scam.

The writing tells me that this person is African, not British.

As others have said, we don't want to point out too many of the scammer's mistakes, but I will make not of a couple of them (and there are many!)
-Both the FBI and CIA are American agencies. Neither you nor your scammer is in the United States. Neither agency would be involved in any way with investigating this scam. The CIA wouldn't be involved, even if the scammer were American!
-live.com email addresses are free email addresses. A real law firm would have its own domain and would not use free emails for professional emails.

Please be sure to remove your own email address and name from any emails you post, so they cannot be picked up by more scammers.

The headers show that it came from Nigeria, not London or anywhere else in England. It is a scam.
