This scam is aimed at former targets of scammers, who may still hope that the inheritance or other money that they corresponded about might, just might, be real. However, this is just another scam. The sender of this email has no money for you either, just more fees to be paid, with nothing in return.

The IP Address 212.100.250.228 may show on some IP-Locator sites as 'UK', perhaps leading some recipients to believe that this email was indeed sent from the UK. In fact, it is the IP address of a UK Proxy Server - which means that the scammer could use this IP address from anywhere in the world!

Likewise, his telephone number of +44 702 402 4604 may look like a normal UK number - but it isn't. It is a 'redirect' number, that could be redirecting to any country.

Please do not respond to emails like this - they are scams.

We have therefore concluded after our last meeting with the HOUSE OF COMMONS that all the contractors/inheritance beneficiaries will be receiving their overdue payment via Cash Diplomatic Payment Delivery Direct to your country where you will receive your payment.

This is the only way you will receive your payment without stress or more expenses. All the necessary arrangements regarding the delivery of your payment has been put to place only waiting to hear from you as soon as you receive this message today.
