Without any doubt it's a scam.

Let me look at it more deeply.

Companies House says

Name & Registered Office:
OUTSOURCING DIRECT LTD
66 MARLANDS ROAD
ILFORD
ESSEX
IG5 0JJ
Company No. 05057929

Accounting Reference Date: 28/02
Last Accounts Made Up To: 28/02/2012 (DORMANT)
Next Accounts Due: 30/11/2013
Last Return Made Up To: 27/02/2012
Next Return Due: 27/03/2013

It can't employ you and couldn't pay you if it wanted to. It's an impersonator who has contacted you. The scammer has stolen their identity.

The website is 23 days old and the identity of the registrant is hidden by use of a domain privacy service.

Complete fake. They've even used different details for scams earlier this year, but they've been lazy and left traces. Professional scammers but sloppy.

There are some 'howlers' in their script that I won't point out or they can change their script and it'll be easier to pick it up next time if they don't have them pointed out.

Their comments about making payments via Western Union are dealt with in my standard comment below.

Companies NEVER EVER make payments by Western Union. It is for making payment to friends or relatives. It has no business purpose.

Welcome to ScamWarners, Ernie-.
The below phrase is taken from the profile of the supposed founder of this fake company, "Anthony Watson" ...
is the creator of unique financial flows management schemes

If you carry out an internet search using that phrase, you will see lots of interesting results, confirming your suspicions that it's 100% scam!

Nicely made website but they've outsmarted themselves in some major areas.

To avoid detection by people like us, they've made it unsearchable by search engines, and that in itself is something no proper company would do. It also inhibits the effectiveness of the scam.

This site is in the process of being reported for fraud. It belongs to a gang that has been operating since 2009, has used nameservers in a defunct country at least since last March, and has been using robots.txt to block search engines since I'm not sure when. Look for haup-geit-support-co, outsourceduk, techamlimited, ukcontactconsulting, and art-agentlimited for other examples of their sites.

Thank you all,

Do I need to report that website? I prefer not to warn the thief who sent me that email.

No need for you to do anything.

Trash their mail and get on with your life.

This website is definitely a fake!
'James Hammond' contacted me, but after looking at the outsourcing uk ltd company website, I realised that the application process where it says to type in card details has no secure connection!
Also the number doesn't dial out, and the address used if you type it in google has a different contact number to the one he provided.
Oh and I called up the contact number which was attached to the address and the woman who answered said she has never heard of this company!

Careful ! its such a fake

Assalamu alaikum !

I also received a similar Email from the same person " James Hammond "
now, I understand that all these are just traps .. to give your card number and make it easy for them
to steal you .
thanks to Allah I didn't give them any personal information
be careful, guys !!!
those cowards are getting smarter.
In the beginning they used to send me Emails to help a widow or an orphan to get their money from a bank
by transferring a certain amount to my account ... this made it clear for me that this is a fraud
now, they use some new tricks to get more victims !!
like the one you mentioned.

It's been reported three times, but is still up and has jumped host. Sometimes sites are hard to kill.

Both sites shown on the Bob Bear links were run by the same gang, which has been in operation since 2009.
