This is a scam, and totally untrue. Please do not send $350 nor any money to these scammers.

Hello

I'm Dr.Elda Thon... ed. T.H.Turner (London, 1855), Coll. No. *VIII, II, 263-272. 10) - Erasmus, Ep., I, 415, I'm 51yrs Old. I'm one of those that took part in the Compensation in Awards many years ago and they refused to pay me, I had paid over $18,000 while in London, trying to get my payment all to no avail.

So I decided to travel down to the Compensation and Lottery Company with all my compensation Documents, And I was directed to meet Mr. Larry Gold, who is the member of COMPENSATION AWARD AUTHORITY and a Human Rights Activist (Lawyer), and I contacted him and he explained everything to me. He said whoever is contacting us through emails are fake.

He took me to the paying bank for the claim of my Compensation payment. Right now I'm the Most happiest man on earth because I have received my compensation funds amounting to $750,000 Moreover, Mr. Larry Gold, showed me the full information of those that are yet to Receive their payments and I saw your email as one of the scam victims, that is why I Decided to email you to stop dealing with those people, they are not with your fund, they Are only making money out of you. I will advise you to contact Mr. Larry Gold you have to contact him directly on this information below.

You really have to stop dealing with those people that are contacting you and telling you that your fund is with them, it is not in anyway with them, they are only taking advantage of you and they will dry you up until you have nothing.
The only money I paid after I meant Mr. Larry Gold was just $350 for the paper works, take Note of that.

Thank You and Be Blessed.

Given that Dr. John Fisher was Bishop of Rochester in the Reign of Henry VIII (Lewis wrote an 8 volume biography of him, with an introduction by T.H. Turner and it was published in 1855) it seems wildly improbable that either Fisher or Turner is alive today and able to send an email. Also, 86 is the country code for China. And a Bachelor of Science degree doesn't qualify the holder as "Dr." And there are so many funny anomalies of language and fact in the scam that it seems to me that anyone who falls for it needs to remember the old saw about "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice..."

Welcome to ScamWarners punktlich05. While you know this history, the average victim of a scammer does not. It is fantastic for you to be able to contribute this information to our site. The fact that the scammer would choose historical figures indicates that not all scammers are uneducated. Some have bery good educations, but find that scamming pays more than an education.

I looked at your link. I would suggest taking it down if it has any information that points toward you or your research. Thank you for being here and adding to the richness of our forum.
