STOP CONTACTING THOSE PEOPLE
.............................
Attn: My Dear,

I am Mrs. Cynthia xxxxx I am a UK citizen, 49 years Old. I reside here in xxxx
Cheshunt. My residential address is as follows. xxxx Cheshunt herts en7xxx,
, United Kingdom, am thinking of relocating since I am now rich. I am one of those that took part in the Compensation in Nigeria many years ago and they refused to pay me, I had paid over $28,000 while in the UK, trying to get my payment all to no avail and the fraudsters took advantage of me.

So I decided to travel down to Nigeria with all my compensation/inheritance documents, and I was directed to meet Barrister Chike V.Chigbue, who is the member of COMPENSATION/INHERITANCE AWARD COMMITTEE WITH FEDERAL MINISTRY OF FINANCE, and I contacted him and he explained everything to me. He said whoever is contacting us through emails are fake.

Compensation/inheritance payment. Right now I am the most happiest woman on earth because I have received my compensation funds of $2.500, 000.00 Moreover, Barrister Chike V.Chigbue, showed me the full information of those that are yet to receive their payments and I saw your Name and Email contact as one of the beneficiaries who have not yet received their payment,  that is why I decided to email you to stop dealing with those people you fill that they are real, they are not with your fund and can not help you, they are only making money out of you. I will advise you to contact Barrister Chike V.Chigbue and ask him to provide his Call to Bar certificate and his official ID for identifications before send your informations to him.

He took me to the paying bank for the claim of my Compensated /in heritage Funds
You have to contact him directly on this information below.

You really have to stop dealing with those people that are contacting you and telling you
that your fund is with them, it is not in anyway with them, they are only taking advantage
Of you as they did to me and they will dry you up until you have nothing or even sell your home.

The only money I paid after I met Barrister Chike V.Chigbue was just $450 for the original document, take note of that. Once again stop contacting those people, I will advise you to contact Barrister Chike V.Chigbue so that he can help you to Deliver your fund instead of dealing with those liars that will be turning you around asking for different kind of money to complete your transaction.

Thank You and Be Blessed.

Mrs. Cynthia xxxxxx

Just received this in an old email account. Barrister Chigbue is someone I've come across before - usually running a 'dying widow' type scam. Disturbingly, this email contained a valid UK address which I've x'd out.

Very late in the game to respond to this but Chike Chigbue is actually my uncle and has been deceased for a number of years. Of course the most important things about these emails is to completely ignore them. But over time i have noticed that people actually believe that the names in the emails are actually of the people involved and they are not. Just wanted to put that out there because its not cute to me that whomever this particular fraudster is is putting a blemish on my family name!

Welcome naijababe.

That's a good point, and one we try to make here, but it never hurts to remind people that the names scammers use are not their own. Sometimes they will use a made-up name, while other times they will use the name of a real person, but it's a safe bet that if they use a real person's name, they have absolutely no connection to that person.

Unfortunately, these scams frequently have two sets of victims--the ones who pay money to the scammers, and the people and/or companies that are impersonated. While we will continue to post the names scammers use in order to prevent others from being scammed, we do want to remind people that they should not associate any real people by those names with these scammers.
