Fraud and cyber crime committed every FOUR seconds in the UK as even the police minister says his bank account was hacked

Last year there were 5.1 million incidents of fraud and 2.5million cases of computer crime including hacking and spreading viruses, as the scale of the problem was laid bare for the first time.
