A man has told how an online fraudster blackmailed him and threatened to post a naked video of him on social media.
Criminals, believed to be based in Africa, demanded £6,000 after he stripped in front of a webcam.
North Wales Police said so-called sextortion is a growing problem, with nine instances in the past month alone.
