The list of people he duped is endless, including the prime UK banking regulatory authority, the Football Association who confirmed him as a fit and proper person to own a soccer club, a major UK bank who numbered a senior government figure as a non-executive director and even Sven Goran Eriksson who took a job as manager at Notts County and wondered why the weekly milk bill never got paid.

They say that fact is stranger than fiction and when he actually tried to scam the leader of North Korea and went there under a North Korean diplomatic passport it's amazing, and it shows that no one is invulnerable to being scammed.
