Many have experienced this story, but very few have told it publicly.

Honest and decent folks, if you have come to this website in response to a warning, please read the story and consider if there are elements in parallel with what you have been told by your scammers.

Another thing to remember, especially if you're here just to explore, is that no matter how gullible or greedy the victim seems to be, in no way did he "deserve" to be scammed, as some of the unkind comments suggested.

Frankly, I suspect that any one of us could be caught out by one scam or another at any time, so the wisest choice of action is not derision, but compassion.
