The website is hard to judge. the contat email addresses are [email protected] and [email protected]
I seem to have trouble finding it on whois.

I had the same problem. It looked a bit amateurish, which proves nothing.
And it seems to be down at the moment.

I spent a while looking at it earlier on - couldn't find a WhoIs, but I did find the company listed in a lot of directories. It's a bit too widely mentioned to be a scam site.

In the end this listing here convinced me that it is legit and is being piggybacked by the scamemr.

I tried to contact them and both email addresses failed.

Looking on the website I found this

Law Trust Company is a member of Euréseau an international network of independent law firms serving clients across the globe established in 1986 with offices in many countries and headquarters in the city of London, United Kingdom

No mention of any law firms in Africa being members on Euréseau website.
