A THREATENING e-mail asking Eastbourne residents to part with money to save their lives is a scam, police are warning.
The nasty e-mail, from someone posing as a hit-man, asks the recipient to choose between life or death and to part with thousands of pounds.
It also advises people not to leave their home after 7pm.
