Police in Waltham Forest have released an image of a man suspected of car fraud.
Suspect 160304 is wanted after he sold three cars on Ebay and Autotrader, but the vehicles were never delivered.
He received £5,750 in a Barclays bank account, which he had set up using fake personal details.
