Two men have been arrested after a woman was targeted as part of a phone scam.
The woman, from Elstree, had received a phone call the evening on November 28 from a man claiming to work for security at a shop in London.
It is reported that he claimed someone had attempted to spend thousands of pounds on her credit card and that he would need her PIN.
