I didn't even click on the link. I'm very wary of ads that sound too "perfect." I copied a bit of the text, googled it and voila....it's a scam. I hate people who do that. It's hard enough to find a good place to live.

Make sure you can physically go inside rental and meet the landlord face to face.

This is an affiliate scam

They do not have any properties to rent and they do not want your credit report. The sole purpose is to direct traffic to a credit reporting company.

If you click to get your report and give your credit card information you be signing up for a credit monitoring service with a monthly reoccurring charge. It is next to impossible to contact the company to get the charges stopped. Some people have cancelled their credit card to stop the money loss.

Technically they are legal but it is a low life way of generating revenue.

Just as I suspected, the CLICK HERE is a redirect to a company that provides credit reports and continued monitoring for a fee.

This gives them permission to send you emails and make robo calls to you phone numbers even if you are on the do not call list.

I looked at the site and it clearly states they have rentals in numerous areas . Very questionable business tactics .

Very suspicious . Why would a UK company be running a credit monitoring service for rental ads placed in the United States ? Situation calls for some serious scrutinization .

Scam company registered July 2015 in the UK . Company number 09674054 . Claimed business headquarters address " office 3 unit r penfold works " has 454 companies registered there .
