Sgt Collin Handy/Sgt Brian Watkins one and same

The name he is going by is Sgt Collin Handy. He contacted me via the LargeNLovely dating site on April 5,2012.
His screen name for that site is brown555. His email address is [email protected] and his yahoo messenger is also collinsmoore84.
He claims to have a 7 yr old daughter, Keeran, who lives with his mum in London, England. Her mother died while giving birth. He has a building (home) in Colorado, where he claims to have 2 dodge rams and a Lexus at his house. His other building(home) is in England.This man is good ladies!
I researched his IP address, retraced routes, etc. The IP domain came back UNITED STATES and the city was Kansas City, Kansas, NOT Colorado. The reversal IP came back from New York, where he claims he was visiting at when he was home on leave 3 mths ago. He said he got his browser and set up his account for LnL there. One of the WONDERFUL administrators on here pointed out the false information that was not seen. THANK GOD!
His knowledge of the military jargon is good. I am a Veteran myself, so I tested him quite a few times. Of course he had good reason for not being able to give me an APO address and why he did not have a cell phone. He claims he is on his 2nd tour, has already served in Afghanistan, Libiya, Iran, and now is in Iraq. Yesterday morning, 04/13/12 he briefly came on yahoo messenger and informed me that he was being deployed to Nigeria to aid them in the fight against the Bakara? He ended the conversation with he had to set up to leave but he would bbltr. Have not heard from him since.
He never asked me for money or a cell phone. But he did start mentioning coming home to be with me. He loved me, we were destined to be together, God brought us together. LOL Anyway, red flags started going up, then a friend mentioned a scammer she met awhile back posing as a Sgt in the military too. I did my homework and realize now that I too, was scammed . Sucks, as I really liked the guy. Live and Learn.
Here are the pictures he sent me. The one in blue is the one that shows on his yahoo messenger and his email id at [email protected]. The one of him in yellow and in front of his truck are on his profile brown555 on the Large N Lovely dating site. The rest he emailed me personally. Email addy is same as yahoo messenger.

UPDATE!!!!!

The picture of him in the blue shirt was tracked to FB on a private acct. uid 100001925700122 (thanks to our sister site RS) and following a suggestion I ran several of his emails through and this is what was found----

UPDATE!!!! Upon further investigation of looking under the name "handy" I found another post by another recent almost victim who posted on April 12, 2012 in romance scams that Sgt Collin Handy is also Known as Sgt Brian Watkins Handy and David Handy. He is under [email protected]. Furthering this investigation this is what I found

Under Sgt Collin Handy there are no fb pages or other yahoo accounts.
Under David Handy there is a FB account that is private BUT he is wearing the same shirt that Collin is wearing in his avatar for collinsmoore84@yahoo messenger and same blue shirt on his email picture.
Under [email protected] his avatar picture is different than mine. What I caught is the eyes and the tattoos are one and the same.
When I ran the picture I got today with him and his little girl, I got this:

I just received this, I too was almost scammed then a few key words then I thought I'd better check it out,

He also goes by Staff Sargeant Mark Handy, US Army Fort Bliss Texas, Im seeing he is a fake and a fraud.
Ive been corresponding for about ten days, almost sent $325 usd, Im glad I researched this and found out before I western union the monies

Ironically, that is my name too...lol Anyway, any pics or email addresses, etc as far as information goes would help us out alot....this guy is really good so PLEASE dont send him any money!!! First off, all military personal has access to cell phones and APO addresses. This site and a sister site offer free ways to chek out these guys....we need to nip these guys in the bud. If you get a chance, youtube also has the latest videos on scam busting and you can also research romance scams....its a BIG deal in the US!!! Glad you followed your instinct!!!

This man has definetly got to be stopped! He got me and I must admit he really had me fooled. One of the post that Debb74888 made on May 26, 2012 was to me. He really knows how to make you feel that he is in the US Military. I think he also has a team working with him to scam as well. He was going by the name Mark Handy to me and he also said that he had a little girl named Kayrn. I guess he forgot how he spelled in in other emails... Eventually he will be stopped and I am doing all I can to make sure of that. HE WILL BE STOPPED!!!!

Welcome to ScamWarners pooh2811. I am sorry this scammer tricked you. They trick many many people. The do not work on one victim at a time, they have as many victims as they can manage. The words they post, they use on as many victims as possible. They work from a script, so they don't have to write the emails.

They steal "love letters" from sites which post them. They have no shame and they care nothing about their victims, except to get to their money. They are skilled at deception and they will say anything to try to get into your bank account.

If the email address you were being contacted from is different from what is posted here, please post up the email address.

@ Dotti I searched Spokeo which I am a Paid member BUT I also went back and reread this whole topic and I begin to search with my Anti-Scam group and finally what stuck out was the Name the scammer had stolen which was.......Handy Oluwole Williams I then went to facebook and typed in parts of the Name and he popped up I knew that Oluwole Williams could NOT possibly be an Americans Name so really the poster helped me figure this one out and the scammer just happened to have a Facebook Page using his real Name with the last Name Williams thats how I found him.So I didn't do anything special I guess I just got lucky this time.

This scammer is know to me as Leonard Handy. He sent me a message on a dating site that I am registered on. He has done nothing but wasted 10 days of my life. Nothing but all lies, but I had begin to suspect this from day on, however it took me until now, to confirm he is a fake. He has many many facebook profiles using the name "Handy" in many variations. You can not believe one word out of this man's mouth.

I am the latest victim of this scam! He' s going by the name of Mark Lucas Lewin! He said is sister name is Sophia Little and her phone number is 267-603-7871. His daughter name is Karyn. He's have been online with me for over two months. I fell for all the lies also! Who is this guy? What is his real name? Who's little girl is this? Does her real and alive mother know he's posting her child's picture everywhere? How can we stop him? It's really sad that people like this can get away with scamming. He told me, he was born in New York, move back to uk with his mother. Came back to the states when he was 35 and join the military. All lies! He did ask me for money, but I was a little Leary doing it. First, he wanted me to sent money for a satellite phone, and then next he said he wanted to come home. I need money myself and I know I wasn't going to send a stranger money. I started a fundraiser with my facebook family. I didn't collect anything, because some things just wasn't adding up. I sent him a birthday box of dollar store candy. He never receive it! The address his suppose to be sister (never spoke with her) gave me: ACO 96 SAB 101 CAB TF, Trouble Shooter (KaF) APO AE 09355. Kabul, Afghanistan. I would like to put a stop to whomever is behind this. When I told him that I have a friend that's willing to to get him home at no charge, he told me he wasn't comfortable with that. My friend is a high ranked officer. He didn't want my help anymore. I want to find this person so he can be brought to justice.
