Hi K, the second header is different from the first in that the originating ip shows 98.139.91.33
Originating isp shows yahoo. City shows as Sunnyvale, which only shows the email originated out of yahoo and not showing the originating location.

The other thing that I have is a cell phone number: +234 8138386523 he has only txt me and told me that I wasn't able to call him he also called me but was only on the phone for 57 minutes and then said he will call me back later and since then I was only talking to him through messenger.

Basically don't do anything. If you reply it will only give the scammer more ammunition to play with. I know it is difficult but just forget about the fraudulent person. If you feel uncomfortable, it's easy to visit the local phone shop and arrange another mobile number. Don't need to buy a new phone.

Excellent stuff. You've now put the scammer into confusion mode and the pest will go away, now the subject realises he can't get any money from you.
