This is for anyone who has been a victim of this type of scan. Do not take the advice given here lightly. If you have been scammed. Contact your local authorities and file a identity theft/fraud report. Contact the credit agencies, they will give put a fraud alert on your credit report for 90 days if you believe you have a victim of identity theft and for 7 years if you are a victim of identity theft. Go to your bank and change your bank account, there have been reports of these people using online checks of individuals they have scammed. Most importantly, keep in mind that we all signed what can be held up in court as a legal document. Since there is no proof that we did not give the loan these guys could very easily start collection proceedings against you or even freeze your account when that loan becomes due. Remember if you "miss" 3 payments, according to the contract they can put the loan in default status and the loan would be payable in full. For most people that is 6-9 months down the road but do not wait that long. Whatever you need to do to protect yourself, do it now.

Hi Jillian...I appreciate your support as I am indeed a former victim of the same scam by the same criminals. I completely understand and hope that my efforts can help in some way to catch these people. Thanks again Jillian.

If anyone would like a contact number for the bayview trust scam site I just got a reply from them in an email. I was told to contact Ellen Mayor at 1-888-862-6481 Ext. 350. I wish I could reach through the phone lines and strangle her but damnit technology just isnt moving fast enough. :( I basically asked them a question about getting a loan from thier site and got this as a response.

Hi Rum. I know what you mean about readhing through the phone lines. It's basically the same people operating these sites. Wouldn't it be great if the FBI got involved? I mean, aferall, it's a 5 million dollar operation.

Thank you for looking into this some more. Please be careful when calling. I understand that they are exceptionally violent and billigerent in their behavior. I've dealt with these same people through Avenue Financial Group and all I can say is, "I'm speechless". The woman is always extra sweet but the so called "customer service" creep is a real delight. He's the one that will call back and say that the fictitious company in Canada has revised the loan to include additional collateral monies. He screams, cusses, and threatens physical harm. I wouldn't be surprised if he his on some serious illegal drugs.

I am so greatful for websites like these :!: I was left a voicemail from Greenbridge Lending Group. He informed me that I had been approved for the full loan price that I asked for. However, my car is a 92 and could not be used for 'collateral' so I would need to sign the forms he faxed me, return them, and send him almost $800.00. The very next day, I would receive $8,000 deposited into my account. I was really leary, and found your forum as well as another ripoff one; both naming this business as a scam. The other one even had the guys name that I spoke with, his extension, and the same thing that he told me. Thanks so much for posting your sites. I so cannot afford to be a victim of something like this. I struggle to make ends meet now!
Thank you, Lena

I am thrilled to hear that this site prevented someone else from being scammed. For me, unfortunately, a search of the company name didn't lead to anything but in this case it did and that is absolutely fantastic!!! Thank you for letting me (us) know. Jen :D
