This is odd. I can get to his page through a mutual friends page, but if I do a search for it from the facebook homepage it doesnt show up at all. does anyone know why? The link I posted is correct, I double checked the address, but it takes youto a different address.

Hallo Angrygirl,

It is best to stop communication with a scammer. He has personal information about you, even if it is only your email address. Scammers have been known to retaliate against people who mess around with them and because he has your information, it is best to stop all communications with him.

Do NOT mess with him.

Bubbles, former Scamwarners moderator.

Rest in Peace 24 June 2015.

Gone, but never forgotten.

As Bubbles indicated, the answer is no because it would be a waste of time. The silly tosser is not even a member of the military. By further communicating is simply leaving your self open to more lies and deceit.
Scammers spend considerable time building up a fake profile, person and storyline. They then would need to keep playing the charade. Anyone trying to find out new information by continuing to write would be like hoping it's going to snow in the middle of summer. I'm afraid it won't happen. These confidence tricksters hiding behind fake names, telling of false locations etc would not tell the truth because their real identity would become known. And yes the scammers are good at what they do, but they forget one important point.
Another reason many people fail to realise is this. By staying in contact with the scammer, you are simply wasting your internet time, bandwidth and wasting your email inbox space on their crap!
I find it better to simply stop all contact with a scammer and give no rhyme or reason for doing so. That puts the scammer on the back foot and confuses it.
