Got scammed and ALMOST lost a lot of money
I was trying to rent a flat in Copenhagen, silly price including all bills. Everything is ok as long as U not pay a deposit without vieving a flat especially through western union...

want you to keep it tidy all the time so that i will be glad to see it neat when i come for check up which i do once in a while and give 1month notice before i come for check up.I also want

and money,all these happened two months ago.Since then I have been advised by my lawyer not to meet any tenant without confirming his or her deposit payment..If at all you want me
to come down or my wife to down to Copenhagen to handover you the keys then I will have to confirm your security deposit immediately after you must have signed the legal contract
documents.
So I will only POST YOU THE KEYS VIA:DHL COURRIER SERVICE ON A NEXT DELIVERY TO YOUR DOOR STEP as soon as our lawyer confirm the security deposit payment from you.You can

Thanks for the response..I am very much glad to read from you..Infact,you made my day because i have been looking for a serious and reliable tenant for long..Whao,i assure you that my apartment is reserved for you till any period and you will surely have the keys as soon as I confirm your seriousnesss as I have stated in my previous mail.
Well,I understand your worries about transfering money prior viewing the properties..My lawyer is also live here in England and things could have been better if my only trustful friend still lives in Copenhagen..I would have sent the keys to him for himto view you my properties..But he is presently in Italy for a contract..I really understand all you have said but i assured you that you will not loose your money..Coming over to view you my properties is not the problem but just because of my previous experiences of meeting tenants in the past which they really wasted my time and that of my lawyer..He later advised me to always confirm the deposit payment of any tenant before coming over to meet such tenant..ok.So it is due to this fact i am requesting for the deposit payment and i also want you to feel secured in me because you are 100% secured.
For more identification,I have attached a copy of our recent pics to this mail for you to have a good idea of your landlord and also I would love to have yours so as to have an idea of my
lovely tenant.
However if you feel uncomfortable transfering money to me,then there is an option which will make both of us to be well secured.If you have any friend here in England,you can make the payment to him/her and just get back to me with the payment receipt for me to check it up that truly you have money ready and for our family Lawyer to seal up the contract.So as soon as i confirm the money is AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP,then i will email you to tell your friend to pick up the money then send it back to you..As you know very well that i cannot pick up the money,since it was not sent to me..Only the receiver identity is entitled to receive the money..All i just wanted is the receipt first so as to confirm that you have the money and you are not just there to waste my time.
Immediately I confirm the fully signed documents with the receipt of your payment sent to your friend or relative over here in England,I will book for my flight and come over within 24hours so as to wait for your arrival and to handover you the keys and the receipt of your deposit payment as stated in the contract documents.You can then instruct your friend to handover the money to me upon my arrival in England after you must have received the keys.
As a matter of fact,we will have to sign some legal documents before you make any transfer,it is this documents that will serve as guarantee for the safety and refund of your deposit payment in full when you leave my apartment without any damage on my property.So your money is secured and also refundable under the legal contract that will be signed by both of us.

Thanks for your mail,and the love you derived in renting my apartment, infact the apartment is still very much available for rent . It's well furnished apartment that located in a centre heart of the city, so it is available now for rent either in short or long terms rent/lease, a room will cost you 350euros per month and whole apartment is 700euros with security deposit payment of 800euros which is refundable at the end of the contract and the bills include all charges such as water, gas,heating, power and internet...Also it is possible to rent it unfurnished, because i have a store room to keep my own furnitures.
