- Bedroom - King Size Bed, Large Wardrobe Storage
- Sheltered Balcony
- Off Street Bike Storage
- There is connection to internet via wireless and LAN and also
Broadband as well for your computing purpose, so you can come with
your laptop or desktop if you have one.

Price:
I have two rooms for rent. Each room is for EUR250, monthly utilities
charges of EUR50 and a security deposit of EUR300

Therefore:
Rent per month.........EUR300 incl.
per week................EUR75 incl.
Security deposit........EUR300
I will prefer 1 month rent (300 euros) + 300 euros deposit in order to
reserve the room for you which is renewable 2weeks prior to the rent expiration.

NB:
I wont be around for viewing and that is why i will send you pics to
enable you decide if you will be renting it o r not. Here are some pics
and hope you will like them. Before you can be assured of getting the
room, you must make a month rent and deposit payment in advance so
that the rooms will be reserved for you.
However if you are satisfy with this conditions get back to me as soon
as possible.

I am very interesting aout the room. but the main point is we are only stay for 5 days from 5-10 Sep for visiting our Belgain friend and his wife in Brussels, we are from Bangkok Thailand. We are agree to pay the weekly rate but about the payment and deposit, how can we pay to you, what will we use fro guaruntee, we are definitely sure going to go to Brussels, got the VISA for Shengen and air ticket as I am ....... airways employer.

If we do the deposit 300euros, when will we get refund because on 10 Sep, we have to leave Brussels very early morning to catch Thalys from Brussels to Paris then catch the flight TG931/10Sep at 1320 to Bangkok.

By the way, we can't find your attached picture and do you provide bedsheet and blanket?

I am so glad reading back from you knowing we shall soon finish the
renting protocols with me affirm you as my flatmate.

Rent amount:
However the rent again per month is 250Euros + utilities of 50Euros =
300Euros is to be paid just once at the beginning of every month and a
security deposit 300Euros, which is refundable at the end of your stay

post office,cinemas,groceries,central market and bakeries as well.
I am sorry, i cannot afford to send to you the contract documents now
because i need to confirm your full interest in my room and if you can
abide by the stipulated terms, so if after showing your full interest
in my room, then we can continue with the contract.

Terms and Conditions:
1.You need to read and understand and sign an agreement form that will
guarantee you that the room has been reserve for you.
2..The deposit and the first month rent has to be paid to my Mother
through western union money transfer in London or by bank transfer to
my family lawyers account, whichever one is most suitable and
preferred by you.

To prepare the contract,please get back to me with the requested details below:
Contract Preparation I will like you to send me the following details:
- Your full name
- Your move in & move out dates
- Current address where you shall receive your original copies of the
documents and receipt.
- A scanned copy of your identity for verification of identity

Welcome here. I have split your post on another thread to its own topic since it is about a different scammer than the other topic.

This is very definitely a scam. If you receive further correspondence from the scammer, just ignore them.

This is very clear evidence that the person you are talking to is a scammer:
