As a general rule NEVER open email attachments unless you are expecting them from a known and trusted source.
Undoubtedly it contains some virus/hacking device that will harm your computer and any files you hold or any transactions you make.
As this mail account of mine is in the name of a comedy character it wasn't difficult for me to know it was a fake. Note that it also doesn't specify the name of the email account holder and courts don't send formal messages by email.
The email is deleted.

This is to inform you to appear in the Court on the October 29 for your case hearing.
Please, prepare all the documents relating to the case and bring them to Court on the specified date.
Note: If you do not come, the case will be heard in your absence.
