This guy contacted me over https://www.planetromeo.com/ telling me, he was planing to resign his job as Captain at the U.S. Army and move to Berlin (Germany), where I live.

I offered him my unconditional and sincere help, since I myself have moved several times to new places in my life. No friends or family whatsoever.

The info I got from him was very little, but I thought that belongs to the life of a U.S. Army Captain :/

It turned very weird when he asked me to pick him up at the airport and also about the place "I would take him to". In the same mail he asked me whether I would like to become his contact person at the Army, "in case of an accident or something".

Then I started searching the web about him and found empty profiles:

https://www.facebook.com/samuel.howard.5220
https://www.linkedin.com/in/captain-sam ... d-13b210ba
And this forum. Thanks a lot for that! :)

What I'm doing right now:

I will stop the correspondence.
I will mark his e-mail address [email protected] as spam.
I will pray that these guys drop dead... just kidding!! :)
