Some time ago I advertised a rare car and received a reply from a guy claiming to be a marine engineer who wants to buy the car for his dad. He was going to pay through paypall but the agent who would collect the car wants payment first and I was required to pay the agent in London, same adress as used in other similar scams (Justne Maxwell, Bombay Street, london). Fortunately I logged into this website and I did not loose anything. Now, the follow up. I also advertised another car and this morning received a reply exactly the same as the first one but with a different e- mail adress ([email protected]). THe first one was [email protected]. I played along and answered his e-mail. Am now awaiting his reply. Could we use this opportunity to expose him? Frank Henn

Welcome here krappie.

You could post the scam emails here, and if possible with full headers. If you don't know how to do that, just ask.

Being a victim doesn't mean you stand alone. We're here to help you.
