Please Help me Trace Exact Location of Scammer :(

I am here out of desperation. I have been chatting with a guy online for almost 3 years now....but he always has an excuse for not being able to meet. He has even threatened me at times when I tell him I am going to go away. The only way he communicates with me is through Yahoo Messenger. He tells me he is out of FT Worth, TX but I believe that is a lie. He has threatened to blackmail a friend also with photos he has (long story) ...I read how to get a direct connection to try and get his IP by sending a file through messenger and using CMD: netstat -n .... These are the IP's it gave me, but I don;t know how to tell which is his Please help.

You know he's a scammer, so what are you hoping to achieve by getting his IP address? It will probably resolve to somewhere thousands of miles from where he claims to be and realistically, the IP tells you nothing except the city or country where his ISP is based.

Honestly Alan, peace of mind #1, I was under the impression it would give me a pretty close geo area to where he is, and I had hoped knowing where would make me feel more safe.

The only one that could give any clue as to his location is the one in Nerdie, and this turns out to be a server at stablehost.com, not an end user connection. A better way to figure out where he's from (which is not necessarily where he is) is to post the messages he sends and let us look for linguistic evidence. Some of them, especially the earliest ones, may be script, which means that others may be searching for the same text.

I put the last ip into iptrackeronline & it gave me some coordinates, when I plug them into google maps, it brought up the address for a courthouse in San Antonio.....
