Attempted Scam

We have been advertising an electric bike for sale on the internet for £500.00.
We were offered the full asking price by [email protected]. They offered to pay by cheque and once we had confirmed that the cheque had cleared they would arrange collection. We accepted this and sent our address.
A week later 4 Dollar traveller cheques arrived each for $500.00. We did not tell them they had arrived but had them checked, and surprise surprise they were forgeries.

Could you post the email? That would confirm to anyone else searching for the address that the content of the email is a scam. Also, someone might be looking for the name.
