Got to know a claimed lovely UK military woman claiming to be sargent, first in Afganisthan and nowadays reported in Niger delta

She claim to be based in Apo base Afganistan and actually tried to scam me using that script you have on the US military sequre network wich did not work as I refused to pay the 250 pounds not to the UK MOD

The scam is pretty good as in a certain moment I was actually contacted to this base, if it ever excist using the MOD contact telephone number.

I actually send her some money to Nigeria but while being in ther current position she ask for money for some clearance forms, up to 300 but managed to reduce it
She or he is caught because gave me as a reference to Western Union Tracy Vasseur who was immediatly flagged up in this site

It is clear these guys have now an international network as now she is asking to send the moneys to USA rather than Nigeria

I have a couple of pictures which do not know where to post, it will be great the UK soldier photographed get to know she has been usded in such scams

Please fill free to advice as I do not know if continue wasting her time on the scam

It is amasing the ammount of love scammers around, frustrating, but it is worst they are involving our armed forces

Welcome here Soloyome.

Just stop communicating to this scammer. It is no use trying to waste his time. Could you post some of the e mails he has send you, together with the photo's? You can just post them here. This will warn other potential victims.

Oh, and that American address to send money to is just a diversion, if you send money via western union, the scammer can still collect it wherever he is.

Being a victim doesn't mean you stand alone. We're here to help you.

I know Tracy Vasseur and she is NOT a scammer...She is a legitimate agent for the US military...She is a fund administrator and she makes sure when there are soldiers over seas that need money or phone communications that the money is transfered to the proper place.. I think the people that have posted on this site that she is a scammer are the scammers...Its funny to me there are no names of the supposed people that were scammers or any information that has any tangeable proof as to what has happened to these supposed people...I do know for a fact for EVERYONE THAT HAS READ THESE POSTS we are at WAR with an ememy called the TALIBAN that makes alot of stuff up..So whoever is stating Tracy Vasseur is a scammer she IS NOT!!!!

Mod note: This post was made by the scammer, an accomplice, or a confused victim who still believes the lies. If you are asked to send money to Tracy Vasseur, you are in fact dealing with a scammer. - Dotti

I honestly can't say whether the poster above is an accomplice to the scammers or a hooked victim who still believes a scammer's lies.

However, just to make it clear:
-The US military does not use Western Union for official business.
-The US military does not require any kind of fees from civilians for soldiers, PERIOD.
-There are no "fund administrators" in the employment of the US military who personally receive and distribute payment from Western Union, Moneygram, or their individual bank accounts.
-The US military makes sure that soldiers have access to their own money!
-Civilians CANNOT request leave for soldiers.
-Leave is earned--soldiers and their loved ones do not pay for it!!! There is no way to buy your way out of the military!

The simple fact is, if you are corresponding with a "soldier" you haven't met IN PERSON, and you are asked to send money by Western Union or Moneygram TO ANYWHERE or FOR ANYTHING, you are dealing with a scammer. The person who picks up the money is either a scammer, an accomplice, or another scam victim who has accepted a scammer's story, and does not understand what he or she is doing.

I'm sorry you fell victim to a scammer mia, but are you sure with what you write there? If you don't have hard facts on the percentage of scammers of the Nigerian population, then please edit your post above.

So now Scamwarners are either scammers or Taliban? That's a new one on me.

Tracy, I suggest that you run down to your local police station and ask them if what you are involved in is legal.
Take copies of all of the email correspondence that you have had with the "soldier in Afghanistan" and feel free to direct any police officer to this part of the website.

You are a MULE. Willingly or not, that's something that you need to address. Another cent gathered from a victim and sent onto the scammer and you may find yourself doing serious jail time. Don't be naive and think "I won't get caught" or "I'm not involved in a scam". Plenty of other people in your position thought the same and they've come to regret it. Up to you if you want to learn the hard way but I hope you're not stupid enough to take that path and intelligent enough to realise just what you've got yourself into.

Just thought everyone should know that Ms. Vasseur is ALSO going by the last name of Wilson and Kline or Klein. She is also working with her mother Karen who also uses Vasseur, Wilson or Kline. They have different addresses for each name they use! I would just like, no LOVE to know when SOMEONE is going to STOP HER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
