Another victim of petfood24/7. I placed an order with them 30 Jan received an email 10 days later to say the goods had been dispatched. Now the 28th feb and still no goods. The same experience as everyone else. No response to emails full message bank and when you can leave a message no response. Contacted Fair Trading NSW. Advised to contact the bank to redeem my money. I have now done this. I want to say thanks for this site and everyones invaluable information and comments. Now I can research before buy.
