Be aware of a scam sent form this email : [email protected].
This scammer posts fake job ad titled "administrative assistant" posted on Craiglist website once you reply to his/her ad , he/she sends you email that the job is a "mystery shopper" job and asks you to send him back all your personal info. including, age, full address, gender, home and cell phone numbers, and email stating that he needs this info. to send you cheque to do your job as a mystery shopper.
Then the scammer send you back an email after 2 months and 15 days stating that they were very busy and filled the position asking you to reply back with your current personal info. if you are still looking for a job.

I got the following email from [email protected] in response to an ad on Careerbuilder for a personal assistant. The email sounded off, so I googled the addy which led me here.


Hello,
I really appreciate your response about this position,My name is Micheal, I own a private company categorized under Veterinarians Equipment and Supplies-Manufacturers . Local Physicians, Surgeons, General Surgeons, Physicians And Surgeons and Surgeon Generals.

I need you to be my personal assistant to monitor and keep me up to date with my activities.


Duties and Requirements:

*Posting ads on Internet and news paper
*Processing weekly check payment.
*Scheduling programmer's, flights and keeping me up to date with them.
*Handling and monitoring some of my financial activities.
*Filing ,Faxing ,Creating and sending out letters,scanning docu ments,some personal assistant duties for owners, and many other
*Managing expenses and invoices


I need someone with:
Good planning, communication and organization skills
Must be organized and able to assist in all the job Requirements
Works well with people, takes initiative and can handle multiple tasks concurrently
Well balanced, flexible, vibrant, personable, positive and proactive
Must be an innovative and creative thinker
Must have excellent letter writing skills.


This position is home-based and flexible part time job,you can be in any location since you will be working from your home doing all the activities.


Rigth now am out of state for a contract,i will be back in 3weeks time before that i want you to start working with me and I do have a number of things you could help me with this week if you will be available to start.This can act as a stable foundation to our working relationship.


Salary:$2,000 monthly


Working hours:Mon-Friday 10am-12pm daily.


Note:I need someone serious and ready to work .

Shortly after posting to this site, I received an email from Careerbuilder that began as follows:

CareerBuilder is committed to providing our users with the best possible job search experience and regularly reviews postings on our web site for quality assurance. During a recent review, we identified a listing that was not actually posted by the client company with whom we contract. Therefore, we are reaching out to job seekers who applied to the position titled [Administrative Assistant / personal Assistant]in[US]on[04 Jun 2011]in order to advise them that the job and any related communications may be misleading. All further contact with individuals associated to the position should be ceased.
