The seller started with a 30 iphone4 minimum order quantity. After two months of negotiation, I agreed to move forward with the cellphone transaction for 5 phones ($2,950). He shipped the package via DHL and sent me the tracking number. I got a package with two Nokia 1800 ($50 value).
I paid via paypal and Ive opened a claim with them, Im currently waiting for resolution.
After a lot of email and promises, seller never returned the money.

Hello xtechcr how did you get in contact with this person? Did you send the funds via PayPal? If you did, you can and should contact PayPal regarding the discrepancy between what you paid for and what you received.

We will also have someone look into the website. Thanks!

As a general rule Far Eastern websites offering electronics for sale are all fakes.

If they sold locally the website would have a Malay version but there isn't one, so you have to ask why they don't seek to sell locally. Foreign websites with only an English version should be viewed with suspicion.

The website suffix '.org' is also wrong for a commercial company. It's normally reserved for government bodies or 'not for profit' entities. Proper companies wouldn't break that convention.
