I am extremely sorry for my late response to your mail. I have been very busy due to the nature of my life and never had time to check my mails until now. Thanks for your prompt response regarding my posted ad, let me take a little time to tell you something about myself, the room & its amenities, price and conditions to rent.
About myself
I am a professional (female) in my 20's currently study and working, after work and this makes me return home late but can't stop having fun when its necessary. I am an accountant and thus work for a broking firm and also as a consultant, so this makes me travel often which is the mere reason why i need to search good people as flatmates so i will be rest assured that my flat is in safe hands in my absence.
I got my first degree in London School of Economics, i worked in Paris as a senior accountant in a broking firm before i went to Barcelona to take a 3 months course in public marketing also to learn the Spanish cultures and languages. Did my internship with NAB, Australia in 2007 which gave me an opportunity to visit Australia for the first time before returning back to the Belgium to start my masters and work as well then i have been here ever since...what a traveler i am....lol
Flat Amenities:
A small fridge in each room
A big freezer in the kitchen
Each room has a big wardrobe
TV connected to a cable
A surround sound system
Private toilet and bathroom for each room
Washer/dryer for laundry needs
Air-condition and fire place to keep the room warm
Gas cooker and micro wave oven available in the kitchen
Price:
I have two rooms for rent. Each room is for EUR250, monthly utilities charges of EUR50 and a security deposit of EUR300
Therefore:
Rent per month.........EUR300 incl.
per week.....................EUR100 incl.
Security deposit........EUR300
NB: The security deposit is refundable upon verification of the room which you rented to be in good order. Both payment is to be made once to my family lawyer or mother.
There is contract/tenement agreement available for weekly, month to month and long term basis but if you want a long term rent, i will prefer an initial 1-3 months rent which is renewable 2weeks prior to the rent expiration.
Utilities included in the rent:
Water
Gas
Electricity bill
Laundry
Parking space
Internet via wireless lan
Trash pick up
Why i am renting:
I live alone in a 3 bedroom flat/apartment like i told you but the 2 rooms vacant which i am offering for rent, because my previous flatmates are through with there activities and work here and has gone back to there respective states. So, i need people who are fun to be with, people whom we could share times and moments together,not just minding your business or going into your room after the day....but you can always have your private time and affair if you so wish and desire.
Immediately i confirm your interest and knowing some things about you, I shall send to you the current pictures of your room and my flat/apartment in general with the kitchen and other pictures as well before we proceed with the necessary details to prepare the tenement contract necessary for your move in.

I am so glad reading back from you knowing we shall soon finish the renting protocols with me affirm you as my flatmate.
Rent amount:
However the rent again per month is 250 euro + utilities of 50 euro = 300 euro is to be paid just once at the beginning of every month and a security deposit 400 euro, which is refundable at the end of your stay in the room. The 400 euro which Will be refunded to you is for a security deposit and it has to be refunded back at the end of your stay and i believe you will not destroy anything in your room.
The total amount for you to pay as a first timer is 700 euro where 400 euro is refundable to you if at the end of your stay nothing was destroyed as agreed in the room by either your or any of your invited guests.
Like i also told you, there are only two rooms vacant for rent in my flat where we shall share only the living room,the kitchen, while you have your private entrance, room, bathroom and toilet.
There is no problem reserving a room for you provided you can comply with these procedures/terms of transaction and show some commitment by paying a deposit and first month rent which include utilities, so you don't need to pay any bills again.

My house is located at Rue Emile Banning 47, 1050 Ixelles, Belgium.
My house is very close to major eu centers. You may see it using the google map, so transport is not a problem at all. Like you know its located in the central heart of Brussels linked to many parts and close to the post office,cinemas,groceries, central market and bakeries as well.
you can search my house using google maps at http://maps.google.com/ and put in my address to get the exact location.
I am sorry, i cannot afford to send to you the contract documents now because i need to confirm your full interest in my room and if you can abide by the stipulated terms,so if after showing your full interest in my room, then we can continue with the contract.
Terms and Conditions:
1.You need to read and understand and sign an agreement form that will guarantee you that the room has been reserve for you.
2..The deposit and the first month rent has to be paid to my Mother through western union money transfer in London or by bank transfer to my family lawyers account, whichever one is most suitable and prefered by you.
To prepare the contract,please get back to me with the requested details below:
Contract Preparation
I will like you to send me the following details:
- Your full name
- Your move-in date
- Your move-out date
- Current address where you shall recieve your original copies of the documents and receipt.
- A scanned copy of your identity for verification of identity
- Is rent fees and security deposit available.
Tell me if you can abide by the requested terms and get back to me with the requested details for contract preparation to proceed with facilitating your move in.
