i think i get scam.
He said he's name bruce williams,from UK.his email address is [email protected]
please help me to make sure is this a scam or no

Please can you post the email that he sent you including the headers (remove your information) then we can advise you better.

He claims to be from Manchester, but living in London. All the telephone numbers that he has used to call shasha are Malaysian or Indonisian

He has also made a booking from London to Jakarta with KLM (Booking No Z4UQG3 MR BRUCE WILLIAMS) on which he has given the following re-direct number as contact +447024018918.

He has told shasha that he is having problems with imigration and needs some money.

Have you told him the payment details? If not don't, he can't do anything without them.

Get in touch with your local Western Union (I assume that's how you paid him) and ask if you can cancel the transfer.

Unfortunately, if the money has already been collected then I'm afraid that there is nothing you can do.

i have already canceled that transfer few mins ago.

Glad you managed to get the transfer stopped in time.

The police are likely to be powerless as he is abroad and therefore out of their reach.

If you just ignore him then when he realises that he's not going to get any money out of you.

Without knowing which country you are in and the laws of that country, it's hard to say for certain. But I would guess that it would require law enforcement involvement to get the phone company to release the information.

They are very unlikely to do anything but hassle you by phone and email for a while until they accept that you aren't giving them any money. Money is all they are interested in, so it's not worth their while tracking you down as they gain nothing from it.
